Race Club

FRIDAY NIGHT MONTE CLUB

Kingston Park Raceway is looking for 34 junior drivers aged 10–15 years (minimum height 1,400) to join our exciting Friday Night Monte Club competition.

Season Dates Start: Friday 17 July, 6:30pm Finish: Friday 20 November

Entry Fees $69 per driver each race night (includes 3 races) $17.95 for safety equipment on the first week only   

Championship Points Drivers will earn points each race night towards the season championship and end-of-year awards. 1st Place – 34 Points 2nd Place – 33 Points 3rd Place – 32 Points Continuing down to 34th Place – 1 Point   

End-of-Season Awards & Presentation At the end of the season, drivers will be celebrated with. Trophies for 1st, 2nd and 3rd Place Overall Most Improved Driver Trophy Participation Certificates for All Drivers End-of-Season Sausage Sizzle & Presentation Night

Whether you're a seasoned racer or looking to develop your driving skills, the Friday Night Monte Club is a fantastic opportunity to compete, improve, and have fun in a friendly racing environment.

MONTE KARTS:

Monte Hire Karts are seriously good fun for mixed age groups, also great for Birthday Parties.

Minimum age for Monte karts is 10 years.

Minimum height is 1400mm Maximum Weight 120kg 

Each Race goes for 6 Minutes

Please arrive 45 minutes early to allow time for processing at the counter

SAFETY EQUIPMENT:

Drivers must have Closed in shoes, Gloves and a Balaclava whilst racing. All can be purchased at Pit Stop Cafe. See Safety tab for pricing and details

    Pack the Esky and make use of our modern BBQ facilities (no glass bottles please). We have plenty of open space, and pergolas with undercover seating; all with a great atmosphere to make for a fantastic day out! 

    Unfortunately you are unable to bring in outside Takeaway Foods - i.e. Pizza / KFC / McDonald's / Subway / Sushi etc...

Here is a list of the necessary safety equipment
All Drivers are required to wear a Balaclava and Gloves whilst driving the Karts - you are welcome to bring your own 

 

  • Disposable gloves from just $1.00 a pair at the cafe
  • Race Gloves - nitrile coated safety gloves available at $6.95
  • Racing Balaclava are $5.50 available at the Cafe
  • Please bring a hoody to wear whilst karting if the hair is past shoulder blades and ensure all footwear is enclosed.
  • Helmets - Kingston Park Raceway supply driver loan helmets free of charge in sizes XXS to XXL for patrons. Drivers may wear their own helmet, which must comply with the Australian Standard AS1698.But it must be a full-face helmet for racing. NO open face helmets. Other Australian Standards such as AS2063 (bicycle approved) are not acceptable. Due to the likelihood of material entanglement in the Karts driver gears, Turbans, Burkas, Scarfs and any other head dress are, for safety reasons, not permitted to be worn on the Karts by drivers whilst racing.
  • New drivers will be required to pay a $5.50 membership (Valid for 12 Months).
