Posted on July 6, 2021 by

Welcome to another night here at Kingston Park raceway with two grids of drivers ready to take on the lemans track. After the two grids have done their races, we have taken the top three drivers from each grid to let them battle it out to prove who it is the best of the tonight.

Those drivers tonight are Jaden Sangasri, Stacey Maiden, Denis g, Zen Sofrenic, Mathew Swift, Lance Jurgeleit. As are top six drivers hit the track for their Final race, they grid up behind the pace kart in there 2 by 2 and the lights go green and we are and racing down into turn one we Zen Sofrenic leading the way. But all the drivers are bumper to bumper waiting for there time to take the lead.

Jaden Sangasri moves his way into 2nd place dropping Stacey back to 3rd place on the opening lap. All drivers still running bumper to bumper putting on a good show for everyone watching. Denis S sends it down the inside at turn 3 moving his way into 2nd place and now on the hunt for Zen Sofrenic that is still leading the way.  Unexpectantly Jaden Sangassri runs wide into turn one sliding all the way around and dropping down the grid fast as the freight train steams on by.

As we are heading into to the end of the race Zen Sofrenic been holding onto the lead the hold race but never able to pull away. Stacey Maiden moves herself into 2nd place with a great pass at turn 7 and now she’s on the hunt for first place with only one lap to go. As all drivers are still only 2 seconds from on another anything could happen as Zen Sofresri hold on to the lead just. But the persistent pressure from Stacy was too much and he makes a small error and leaves the dorr open for Stacey to barge through and steals the win in the closing seconds of the lap.  What a race that was.

1st Stacey Maiden (fastest lap of the night 61.763)

2nd Denis G

3rd Lance Jurgeleit
