Friday Night Challenge week 47 2020

Friday Night Challenge Blog Week - 47

Also leading up to tonight event are top 3 point holders for this months of race is 1st Michael Goodchild sitting on 672 points in 2nd Jake Backman 460 points and rounding of the top 3 Ashley Hall with 420 points who will be standing at  the top after tonight event of racing. 

 As all driver get their helmets on, they he out onto the 1100-meter lemans track to grid up behind the pace kart for the final race of the night. The pace karts in and the lights go green and we are off and racing down into turn one with Alan White getting off to a perfect start holding off the hungry grid of drivers behind him. Jake Beckman in 2nd place trying to hold onto his kart for the first lap as he loses site of the driver in front and get stuck in a battle with 3rd place Michael Goodchild. 

 Out in front Alan White starts to open a gap over the rest of the grid running the same lap time over and over maintaining his gap over the grid. Peter Hendra is on the move are starting in 5th on the grid is now battling for 2nd place and gets the move done on Jake Beckman dropping him back to 3rd place and now Michael Goodchild taking a look to see if he can find his way past but Jake Beckman holds him of for now. 

 Oh no Cory Little running wide at turn two having little control over his kart dropping back behind Bayden Ricks after holding him off for most of the race. Out in front Alan White who see the checker flag first and takes the win for tonight Friday Night Challenge and not far behind Peter Hendra in 2nd and rounding of the top 3 goes to Jake Beckman. Big Congratulations to tonights event winners

 Fastest lap of the race goes to Jake Backman 62.875 

 Winners of the month November 

 1st Michael Goodchild with 896 points
